Senior Ereauna Hardaway led the way with 15 points and tied her career-high with eight assists. Classmate Cheyenne Rowe and sophomore Mia Hammonds each scored 12, with Rowe collecting seven boards and Hammonds six. Additionally, sophomore Damara Allen posted 12 points, and sophomore Emillia Dannebauer logged a career-best nine points in the effort.

UTSA shot 41.7% from the field, including 48.0% from beyond the arc, while logging 29 more bench points, 14 more points in the paint, and nine more rebounds. The ‘Runners' 27 assists on the day represent a season-high.

The Javelinas started off strong, taking a 7-2 lead, ahead of a jumper for Rowe and a freshman Adriana Robles triple that knotted the contest. The squads exchanged blows, ahead of an 11-0 surge for the ‘Runners that featured multiple Allen three-pointers, en route to a 24-16 lead at the period’s conclusion.

The momentum carried into the second stanza, with UTSA outscoring the opposition 17-1 for a 38-17 halftime lead. The Roadrunners then added 26 to TAMUK’s 11 in the third and cruised to an 82-40 victory.

UTSA will now close out nonconference play visiting Columbia on Saturday with a 1 p.m. CT tip at the Levien Gymnasium in New York, N.Y.
