Requests for donations and/or autographed items now must be accompanied by a UTSA Athletics donation request form ONE (1) MONTH before the item is needed.
Transfers of UTSA Athletics merchandise, property and resources to other organizations or individuals are governed by a number of NCAA rules and procedures. The form is requested to help ensure compliance with these rules and ALL requests must be submitted on this form.

Why has UTSA Athletics moving to this procedure?
Quite simply, NCAA compliance issues and time efficiency for those programs that have items requested. Also, it gives programs documentation of what is requested and signed, which, in turn, protects them from NCAA rules being broken and forgeries.
