Quoting Coach Derek Pittman
“Full credit to Tulsa and their effort today. They played well and we didn’t, unfortunately. We just need to flush this uncharacteristic performance and prep for Memphis on Thursday. I know our staff and players will bounce back this week with a renewed commitment to being the best version of us.”
UP NEXT: The Roadrunners will return home to Park West next week for a key matchup with three remaining matches on the conference slate. Sixth-ranked conference leader Memphis and UTSA are slated to face off at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23 in UTSA’s Pink Out for Cancer Awareness and Greek Night.
