Named to the American Conference Preseason Watch List for the second consecutive year … became the first-ever UTSA player named a United Soccer Coaches watch list as a member of the Goalkeepers to Watch list, highlighting the top 20 preseason goalkeepers in the country.Junior (2025)
Named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Third Team, and American All-Conference Second Team after starting the year on the American Conference Preseason Watch List … played in and started all 22 games – both single-season UTSA goalkeeper records, while also setting the UTSA career wins (22), draws (12) and shutout (16) records … tied UTSA’s season victories record and set the season draws and keeper minutes marks with a 10-6-6 record on 1929:24 in goal … finished the year ranked second in the American Conference in goals-against-average with an NCAA 78th-best 0.93 and an NCAA 58th-best .817 save percentage … made 89 saves, the seventh-most in UTSA history, moving her to second in the UTSA career records at 187 saves … named the American Championships Most Outstanding Defensive Player after leading the Roadrunners in goal to their first American title, helping move the Roadrunners past third-ranked Memphis by putting away a penalty kick and making the final save to secure a spot in the championship game … also notched an assist on the season and gained national attention with a goalie goal during the NCAA Regional at Texas Tech to conclude last season … a nominee for the 2025 Fall Allstate NACDA Good Works Team … named American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week (Aug. 25) and received American weekly Honorable Mention twice (Sept. 1, Sept. 22)… reached 100 career saves on Aug. 14 against Houston at Park West ... became the UTSA recordholder for career shutouts with the draw at Colorado College (Aug. 31) … became the career recordholder in goalkeeper starts with her 45th on Oct. 19 vs. Tulsa.
Sophomore (2024)
Named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team and the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team … took over as primary GK with a UTSA history seventh-most 1,561 minutes (96.4 percent), starting all 18 games and finishing with an 8-7-3 record and tying for the third-most UTSA GK single-season wins … allowing only 15 goals, registered a 0.86 GAA to rank fourth in UTSA records … recorded 61 saves (ninth UTSA history) for a UTSA history fifth-best .803 save percentage … tied her own shared single-season record book standings for shutouts (5, fifth) and ties (3, second) … helped the 2024 team to the second-best save percentage (.808), third-best GAA (0.83) and fourth-most draws (3) in program history … ranked 52nd nationally (third AAC) in GAA and 81st nationally (fourth AAC) in save percentage, helping UTSA to rank 40th (third AAC) as a team in GAA.
Freshman (2023)
Named to the American Athletic Conference All-Rookie Team … selected to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll on Played the majority of team’s goalkeeper minutes (1,080 - 67 percent) after being thrust into action following the sixth game of the season … in 12 starts, finished with a 4-5-3 record, allowing only eight (8) goals for a 0.67 GAA and five (5) shutouts – four clean sheets against conference foes … logged 37 saves to rank sixth on the UTSA freshman saves records … produced a 0.822 save percentage, setting the freshman record and ranking third in the single-season records … set the overall and freshman single-season record for GAA (0.67), helping the 2023 squad set the season record for GAA (0.72) and save percentage (0.812), tying for the third-most team shutouts in a season (8) … allowed the second-fewest goals of any freshman in UTSA history and tied for second-most rookie shutouts … was responsible for the fourth-most freshman GK wins in school history … ranked 30th nationally (second AAC) in GAA and also 58th nationally third AAC) in save percentage.
High School
Graduated from Klein Collins High School, where she was academically ranked 24th out of 815 in her class … played four seasons for the Lady Tigers, one under coach Mike Frederickson and three under coach Laura McCullough … three-time District 15-6A Goalkeeper of the Year (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23), racking up 114 saves as a senior in 2023 … three-time All-District 15-6A honoree, helping Klein Collins to playoff appearances in 2019-20 and 2021-22 … also named to the 2021 All-Vype team … in addition to soccer, she competed in varsity track, varsity basketball and varsity football … recognized on the 2022-23 Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Academic All-State Elite first team in soccer, football and basketball ... helped the 2022-2023 basketball team to a 25-10 record, a 15-6A Undefeated 14-0 District Championship and a Regional Quarterfinal appearance … as a kicker for KCHS’ football team, she was the first female Texas 6A HS football player to score in the playoffs, kicking in the third quarter against Bridgeland (Nov. 11, 2022) … also plays piano and was in the Creative Writing Club and participated in SkillsUSA.

Born October 17 in Spring, Texas … is the daughter of Sarah and Matt Kessler … has two siblings, brother Logan and sister Meadow … her father, Matt, played baseball and football for Macalester College in Minnesota, where he holds baseball records for games in a season and career, career runs and career at-bats, season and career walks and sacrifice hits … majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Spanish … says her hobbies are playing piano, songwriting, writing, reading and painting.
