Aston adds Samuel Limehouse to 2025-26 coaching staff

Limehouse joins a staff that includes Cameron Miles, Amber Gregg, Chantel Govan, Sophia Ramos, Angel Almaguer and Kyra White

SAN ANTONIO – On Wednesday, head coach Karen Aston announced the addition of Samuel Limehouse, who joins the women's basketball staff as a Graduate Assistant.

"We are so lucky that Sam has chosen our program and San Antonio as a place he wanted to get a master's degree and focus on learning the ropes of college coaching," said Aston. "As I began to look for a Graduate Assistant his name kept popping up and everyone gave him rave reviews.  He has a ton of energy and willingness to learn and help our program continue to grow. It will be fun to watch him grow and develop here at UTSA."

Limehouse served as an assistant coach at Morehead State for the 2024-25 season, with responsibilities that included scouting and player/film development. Before his time with the Eagles, he worked with The Transition in player development from 2023 to 2025. On the court, he played collegiately for Kentucky Christian during the 2021-22 season before transferring to Southern Wesleyan, where he completed his collegiate career. Limehouse graduated from Southern Wesleyan in May of 2024 with a bachelor's in recreation and sports management.

He rounds out Aston's 2025-26 coaching staff, which includes Associate Head Coach Cameron Miles, assistant coaches Amber Gregg, Chantel Govan, Sophia Ramos, Angel Almaguer and Director of Operations Kyra White.
