Location: Jackie Robinson Stadium
Win: Michael Barnett (12-1) | Loss: Zach Royse (9-5) | Save: Easton Hawk (7)

Mason Lytle opened the scoring in the first inning as he turned on the second pitch of the game, launching the ball over the left field wall to put UTSA up 1-0 in the first inning.

Caden Miller picked up the second hit of the game for the Roadrunners as he singled up the middle in the second. He was then able to get to third on a Ty Hodge single to right field. With Miller on third, he was able to steal home, putting UTSA up by two.

The Bruins threatened in the bottom of the second as they loaded the bases in the second. Starting pitcher Zach Royse managed to get out of it as he forced UCLA to ground into a double play turned by Hodge and first baseman Lorenzo Morresi

UCLA tied the game up, scoring two runs in the bottom of the third on an RBI double and a ground out. In the fourth, UCLA added one more run on a sacrifice fly to take their first lead of the game. Three scoreless innings followed until a two-out RBI triple plated a pair and increased the Bruins' lead to three in the bottom of the eighth.

UTSA was unable to spark a rally in the ninth, falling 5-2.

-Andrew Stucky was plunked in the top of the second, extending UTSA’s hit by pitch program record to 123 on the season.
- Royse made his 16th start of the season, which is tied for sixth on the all-time leader board; his five innings pitched increase his season total to 94.0, which leads the team.
