CORPUS CHRISTI – The UTSA men's tennis team saw its five-match winning streak come to an end on Saturday, as the Roadrunners dropped a 4-0 decision to South Alabama in the championship match of the H-E-B Tournament of Champions.
UTSA (7-6) won a pair of neutral-site contests during the two-day event.
The Jaguars (7-4) clinched the doubles point and then won three singles matchups to earn the weekend title.
The Roadrunners will return to San Antonio to host Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Wednesday, March 7, at the UTSA Tennis Center.
