POSTGAME QUOTES
UTSA Head Coach Greg Sheen
On today's matchup with Oklahoma State…
"I knew we were in for a fight against a very, very good team. What I wanted and needed to see out of our team I saw in the first 50 or 60 minutes of the game. The last 30, we've got to do better than that. We just have to play harder, play better and play a full 90 minutes."
On the challenging non-conference schedule…
"I want to play three or four teams that are as good or better than anyone we have in our conference. Even though the last 30 minutes of this game didn't go well, if we can learn something from this and apply it in our conference schedule, I think we will be better for it."
On preparing for the upcoming schedule…
"We are not experienced enough yet to look past (Texas A&M-) Corpus Christi. We are going to spend a bulk of the week focusing on that game and trying to find a favorable result, playing away and on turf. They are much improved team and have a new staff. We are going to take it one game at a time and hope for a good effort and result on Friday. We are looking for a complete 90 minutes against Colorado. They are going to be very good again."
