Final round of The Aggies Invitational washed out

BRYAN — Sunday's final round of this weekend's Aggies Invitational has been cancelled due to strong thunderstorms and the tournament will be scored as a 36-hole event.

Adam House and Zander Lozano both carded 6-over 150s to finish in 43rd place and the Roadrunners were 12th overall in the 13-team field (307-306—613).

House, a freshman from Rockwall, posted a pair of 75s on Saturday behind four birdies, two in each round.

Meanwhile, Lozano, a junior from Fair Oaks Ranch, opened with a 74 that featured three birdies and followed with a 76 in the afternoon behind three more birdies.

Collin Clark tied for 56th after turning in a 79-76—155, while Sean Meehan and Bryce Alley rounded out the UTSA lineup in 64th (79-79—158) and 69th (79-81—160), respectively.

No. 8 LSU shot an 11-under 565 (282-283) to pull out a narrow win ahead of fourth-ranked Baylor (566). No 17 Texas A&M finished third (577), followed by second-ranked Oklahoma State (580), No. 18 Texas (581), No. 29 North Carolina (581), seventh-ranked Kent State (589), No. 13 Texas Tech (592), No. 46 Michigan (594) and 25th-ranked Arkansas (594) in the top 10.

Michigan's Kyle Muller claimed individual medalist honors after firing a 6-under 69-69—138.

UTSA will return to the course in two weeks at The Maxwell in Ardmore, Okla. (April 14-15).
