Form must be filled out completely to be eligible for entry.

Submissions will be accepted between noon CST Monday to noon CST Tuesday of that week's home football game in the Alamo Dome. You must supply all information requested in order for your submission to be processed. Members will be randomly selected, notified and sent tickets via e-mail by 5pm CST on the Thursday of that week's home football game if their entry was drawn to receive tickets. **Tickets are subject to availability, weather cancelations, and other unforeseen events. Your current Texas Farm Bureau membership ID are required to enter for chance to win tickets courtesy of Texas Farm Bureau Insurance. Limit one entry per membership per game.
