Erika Moulder joined UTSA Athletics in 2023 as the Director of Sales for the Roadrunner Sports Properties team.
Before joining the Roadrunners, Moulder worked for Spurs Sports and Entertainment as a Manager of Ticket Sales for San Antonio FC. During her time with the club, Moulder led her team to finish in the top three USL clubs in total revenue in 2022, finishing over $430,000 above budget in total revenue.
Previously, Moulder also spent time working for Extend in Austin as a Business Development Representative, where she was tasked with building a pipeline of prospective clients by identifying and contacting people based on need and situation.
Prior to her time in Austin, Moulder worked for Peak Sports Management at Northwestern State in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Here, she proved to be a very valuable asset by generating over $100,000 in sponsorship revenue within the span of twelve months while also managing a book of business worth $800,000 and consisting of 65 corporate sponsors.
Moulder also had a stint working for Force 10 Sports Management in Seattle as an account executive working closely with the Seattle Storm of the WNBA. She generated $50,000 in revenue for the 2019 season within the span of two months, along with spearheading the “Inspiring Women Night” promotion which led to the Storm’s first sellout game of the 2018 season.
Moulder also spent time working for Spurs Sports & Entertainment in 2017, this time for the Stars of the WNBA. She once again proved to be a very valuable asset, generating almost $20,000 in group sales revenue and $17,000 in season ticket revenue in only two months.
Moulder got her start in the sports world in Waco, working as a game day property assistant for the Baylor Bears, where she was responsible for assisting with game day set up, preparing suites, setting up tailgating booths and executing on field activities during the games.
Moulder graduated from Baylor in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Sports Sponsorships & Sales and a minor in Management.
