Andrew Fields is in his second season with the UTSA volleyball program as the Roadrunners’ volunteer assistant.
Fields is responsible for statistics throughout matches and other day-to-day duties.
Field comes to the Alamo City from Texas A&M University after spending four seasons as a practice player for the Aggies volleyball team.
In his time in College Station, he assisted with the creation and implementation of practice.
In his four seasons, the Aggies combined for a 75-41 overall record and qualified for the NCAA Tournament for three consecutive seasons from 2014-15.
While in College Station, Fields was also the head coach for the Brazos Valley Juniors volleyball team and oversaw all aspects of the club.
Fields earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M in 2017 and is currently working towards a masters in sports management also at Texas A&M.
