Aidan Reagh is in his first season as UTSA's volunteer assistant coach and performance analyst in 2021.

"It was never going to be easy losing two quality staff members this summer, in both (volunteer assistant coach) Cory (Marr) and (associate head coach) Carl (Goody)," Pittman said. "They both did a lot to progress our program forward over the last 18 months or so, but we are really excited to announce the addition of Aidan Reagh. I am always looking for innovative ways to move our program forward and develop our players in an efficient manner and Aidan is going to be able to help us do that. Not only is he a soccer junkie but he is a soccer statistics junkie. He has a tremendous talent for looking at the numbers and helping see the trends in a game, in team training, and how we develop our players. He will be extremely valuable on staff and even help with the analysis of our opponents and recruits for the future of UTSA soccer."

Reagh joins the UTSA staff after working as a performance analyst for the soccer program at Ohio in 2020 and 2021 under head coach Aaron Rodgers. He was responsible for statistical analysis of opponents, managing a resource for mothering of internal and external personnel.

"I am incredibly proud and excited to be joining the Roadrunners staff," Reagh said. "There seems to be a real synergy already forming with Derek and (assistant coach) Cameron (Carter) and I am sure it will be just as great with the rest of the terrific staff here. There is a lot of potential to bring unique ideas to UTSA's soccer program that will allow us to become a regular serious contender in Conference USA and I really look forward to interacting with the community and really being able to contribute to a side that San Antonio and the Roadrunner Nation can get behind with pride. Birds Up!"

While working with Ohio, Reagh served as the assistant head coach at Alexander High School in Albany, Ohio. While at Alexander High School, Reagh assisted directly in leading the defensive and goalkeeper units, with the team posting its best defensive record in program history, en route to the first state final four berth in school history.

Reagh has also served as a performance analysist with the Bristol Rovers F.C. and FC Groningen BV in the Netherlands. He has also worked in Major League Lacrosse as the head of performance analysis with the Ohio Machine in Columbus.

He completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio University in May of 2021 with majors in communications, sociology and sport management, and a minor in coaching education.
