Freshman (2017-18)
Appeared in 18 games off the bench … recorded 171 minutes of action on the season including a season-high 20 minutes at San Diego (Dec. 16) … posted a 38.3 field goal percentage and a 55.9 free throw percentage … finished the season with 17 assists, 11 steals and 16 rebounds.

High School
Three-year letter winner at Midway High School in Waco… averaged 10.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3 steals during her junior year…received Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All-State honors in 2017…was a McDonald’s All-American nominee…earned academic all-district honors as a senior…was a regional-finalist in the triple jump.

Daughter of Dr. Les Benson and Sheris Clark…has 13 siblings (seven sisters and six brothers)…older sister, Marie, is also a member of the UTSA basketball team…father, Les, played college football at Baylor and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills…yet to declare a major.
