Three-year letter winner at Midway High School in Waco… averaged 10.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3 steals during her junior year…received Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All-State honors in 2017…was a McDonald’s All-American nominee…earned academic all-district honors as a senior…was a regional-finalist in the triple jump.

Daughter of Dr. Les Benson and Sheris Clark…has 13 siblings (seven sisters and six brothers)…older sister, Marie, is also a member of the UTSA basketball team…father, Les, played college football at Baylor and was drafted by the Buffalo Bills…yet to declare a major.
