Junior (2018)
Appeared in 49 games with 48 starts for the Roadrunners … had 47 starts at second base and one at designated hitter … batted .182 with six doubles and 13 RBI on top of 24 hits… scored seven runs, including a season-best two runs against UTEP (March 30) … had five multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games … recorded 118 putouts and 70 assists in the field… registered a season-high six putouts against Marshall (April 7) and Florida Atlantic (May 5).

Sophomore (2017)
Appeared in 46 contests with 36 starts … had 35 starts at second base and one start at shortstop … hit .260 with three doubles, a triple and seven RBI … recorded 104 putouts and 51 assists in the field … led the Roadrunners with a season-best three hits against New Mexico (Feb. 25) in the annual UTSA Classic … recorded a pair of hits against Sam Houston State (Feb. 22), Texas State (Feb. 25), North Texas (March 25), and UTEP (April 1) … posted a season-best eight putouts against UTEP (April 1) … named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Freshman (2016)
Appeared in 24 games with nine starts, including eight at third base and one at second base … scored eight runs and recorded a pair of RBIs … notched 27 assists and 12 putouts in the field … picked up her first collegiate hit and drove in a pair of runs in a win over Sam Houston State (April 13) … also was named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

Prior to UTSA
Four-year starter and letterwinner for head coach Renee Bialas at Magnolia High School … was a three-time first-team all-district and second-team all-county selection … finished her career with a .450 batting average … named District 17-4A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman … helped the Bulldogs to the third round of the playoffs twice … four-time academic all-district selection … was an active member of the MHS Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society.

Born on June 23, 1997  … daughter of Rodney and Veronica Garza … has a brother, Rodney Jr., and a sister, Emily, who was on the 2015 UTSA softball team … communication major.
