· Placed second in the weight throw at the 2013 Western Athletic Conference Indoor Championships
· Qualified for the 2011-12 NCAA Outdoor meet in the hammer
· 2012 Southland Conference Indoor Champion in the weight throw and eight-time Southland scorer (five outdoor/three indoor) overall
· Has won a total of eight gold medals during his career (four weight throw/four hammer)
· Program record holder in the weight throw (63-9 ½ /19.44m) and hammer (196-3/59.81m)
· 2013 WAC All-Academic honoree and two-time Southland All-Academic selection
· Graduated in May 2013 with a kinesiology degree and currently is taking graduate courses
