Competed in five cross country meets … top finish came at the Aggie Opener (Sept. 2) when he finished in 14th place.
Sophomore (2015-16)
Competed in 11 meets during the track & field seasons (six outdoor/five indoor) … ran in the 3,000 meters and 5k indoors and the 1,500m and 5k outdoors … finished third in the metric mile at the Roadrunners Invitational … also earned a bronze medal in the 5k at the Tritons Invitational … ran in all six cross country meets … led the team with a fourth-place performance at the Islanders Splash … was second on the squad with his 31st-place finish at the Conference USA Championships … a member of the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Freshman (2014-15)
Second-place finisher in the 5,000 meters at the UTSA Invitational … competed in all six meets during the cross country season … raced to a season-best finish of 14th place at the UTSA Ricardo Romo Classic … a Conference USA Academic Medal recipient and also a member of the Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Prior To UTSA
Team captain and four-year prep letterwinner … earned all-district and all-city honors … school record-holder in the mile … posted a top time of 15:50 in the 5k … graduated with honors and earned the Texas High School Heisman Trophy.
