Junior (2014-15)
Registered a team-best 73.12 stroke average while playing in all 12 events … collected a pair of Conference USA Athlete of the Week awards (Oct. 15, Oct. 29) … posted a string of four straight top-10 finishes and posted five overall … established a UTSA record for low 54-hole total to par with a 205 (67-72-66) in finishing eighth at Price’s “Give ‘Em Five” Invitational …the 205 stands second overall behind Gibby Martens’ 204 on a par-70 course in 2002 … tied for third with a 72-68—140 at the rain-shortened Miramont Invitational … carded a 73-69-72—214 to tie for fifth and help lead the Roadrunners to a runner-up effort at the UTSA Oak Hills Invitational … placed sixth after posting a 141 (71-70) at the weather-shortened Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational … tied for 10th with a 71-73-70—214 at the Bayou City Collegiate Championship … finished 23rd with a 222 (79-73-70) at the C-USA Championship … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll … won the Sun Life Financial Alberta Amateur with a 7-under 281 (67-69-69-76), which qualified him for a spot on Team Alberta in the Willingdon Cup at the Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship and the Pacific Coast Amateur.
Sophomore (2013-14)
Led UTSA with a 74.06 stroke average while playing in all 12 tournaments ... recorded consecutive career-best 67s en route to a season-low 208 to tie for 10th at the Sam Hall Intercollegiate … tied for 18th with a 223 (76-74-73) to help the Roadrunners capture their second straight Rice Intercollegiate crown … carded a 218 (75-74-69) en route to 46th at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic … tied for 20th after firing a 216 (70-74-72) at the Lone Star Invitational … named to the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
Freshman (2012-13)
Played in all 11 events … ranked second on the team with a 74.64 stroke average … carded a season-best 211 (68-74-69) to tie for second at the Rice Intercollegiate ... tied for 23rd at the Western Athletic Conference Championship after posting a 79-78-73—230 ... recorded a 214 (71-72-71) to tie for 15th at the Herb Wimberly Intercollegiate ... tied for 15th after recording a 72-72-72—216 at the Bayou City Collegiate Championship.
Prior To UTSA
One of the top-ranked junior golfers in Canada … claimed a pair of top-10 finishes in the Alberta Provincial Junior Boys Championships … finished 11th in the juvenile division of the Canadian Junior Boys Championship … placed 14th at the Alberta Men’s Amateur … posted a 28th-place showing at the 2011 Junior Americas Cup in Colorado … was 51st at the 2011 Canadian Men’s Amateur … a member of the Team Alberta Development Squad for the last two years … a multi-sport athlete who lettered in basketball, volleyball, badminton, hockey and lacrosse at Bishop O’Byrne High School … also a member of the honor roll during his junior and senior years.
