Junior (2021-22)

Sophomore (2020-21)
Played in all 26 games with 24 starts at center … averaged 10.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game … swatted 30 shots with five steals … played 21.2 minutes per game … shot 49.1 percent from the field and 73.8 percent from the free-throw line (45-for-61) … scored in double figures in 13 games … had five double-doubles … in league play, averaged 10.8 points and 5.9 rebounds per game, shooting 48.7 percent from the field and 67 percent from the free-throw line … went for 15 points and 10 rebounds in the season opener … had 17 points and 12 rebounds vs. Our Lady of the Lake, starting a stretch of six straight games in double figures … went for 16 points and six boards in the finale vs. UNT … had 11 points and 11 rebounds - with a season-high five blocks – in a win over Southern Miss … had a season-high 26 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks in the opener vs. FAU … had 13 points and six boards vs. UAB … went for 16 points and 10 rebounds in the C-USA Championships opener vs. Charlotte. 

2019-20 (Freshman)
Earned the starting center job midway through his freshman season, playing in 31 of 32 games with 10 starts ... averaged 5.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, playing 15.9 minutes per outing ... shot 55.6 percent from the field ... added a team-leading 25 blocks and 15 steals ... scored in double figures in six games, including three straight games to end the season ... had a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double vs. Western Kentucky ... made the final 10 starts of the year ... played a career-high 36 minutes in an overtime win at Old Dominion, in his second career start, grabbing 15 rebounds, the most for a UTSA player in 15 years ... played 14 minutes in the season opener at Oklahoma, with nine points and four rebounds ... grabbed nine boards with three blocks and four points at Utah State ... had 12 points and six boards vs. TAMU-CC ... had 10 points vs. UT Permian Basin ... swatted three shots with six points and nine boards vs. OLLU ... had 10 points and eight boards in the second meeting of the year at ODU ... had 10 points and six boards vs. Marshall in bonus play action ... grabbed five rebounds with 10 points in the C-USA Championship first round in Frisco.

A four-star center out of Kingston High School in Oklahoma … a 6-foot-11 southpaw that is ranked as a four-star prospect by ESPN and a composite three star by both Rivals and 247Sports … rated as the top collegiate prospect in the state of Oklahoma by OKPreps … led Kingston High School to the 2018-19 Oklahoma 3A State Championship … went for 21 points and 12 rebounds in the state championship game … Kingston finished the year with a 28-2 record … before the 2018-19 state title run, Kingston HS had only two wins in the state tourney but used five wins to claim the trophy behind Germany … “Rarely do you get to coach a 6-11 guy that's as skilled as Jacob is,” Kingston HS Coach Taylor Wiebener said … averaged 17.4 points and 10.5 rebounds as a senior entering the state tourney … averaged 22.3 points during the state tourney as a junior … listed as the No. 24 center prospect in the class by Rivals … according to Rivals: "Jacob has impressive upside at 6-foot-11 with good athleticism. He has great touch around the rim and is an excellent finisher. His elite athleticism allows him to block and alter shots and rebound at a high level. He is a big man with good mobility and is quick up the floor. He looks natural running up and down the floor. His great touch extends all the way to the 3-point line." ... as a junior led Kingston to the 2018 Oklahoma Class 3A State Finals … earned first team all-state, first team all-region and first-team all-district accolades …. a 2018 NBPA Top 100 camp attendee, averaged 16.3 points, 9.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks during his junior prep campaign … played AAU with Team Griffin, where he was coached by Kellen McCoy … multi-sport athlete as a prep, possesses an 85-plus MPH fastball on the baseball diamond.
