Born on Sept. 9, 2002 in Houston, Texas … son of Jarvis and Vanessa Sanni … has two older brothers, including brother Ajare, who is entering his redshirt sophomore season at UC Santa Barbara, averaging 8.6 points per game as a true freshman in 2018-19 and redshirting the 2019-20 season … father played basketball at Rice and Arizona before an overseas professional career.
