Before PHH Prep, he was a four-star ESPN prospect listed No. 1 in the state at Oklahoma’s Putnam City North High School, where he was named to The Oklahoman's Super 5 third team following a dominant junior year with averages of 16 points, eight rebounds and 2.5 blocks per outing.
