Played wide receiver at San Antonio Reagan High School … caught 22 passes for 272 yards during his prep career … averaged 12.4 yards per reception … hauled in the game-winning pass in a 23-20 overtime victory over O’Connor High School in the bi-district round of the playoffs in 2019 … played in the San Antonio Sports High School All-Star Game …also played baseball and competed in track & field … father died during the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, at the Pentagon.
