Appeared in all 14 contests … registered 25 total tackles, 11 solo stops, two tackles for loss, one pass breakup and a quarterback hurry … also recovered an onside kick versus No. 20 Texas … posted a season-high seven tackles in the 41-38 overtime win at Army … made three stops in the 45-30 road triumph over Middle Tennessee … had a pair of tackles, including one behind the line of scrimmage, in the 30-10 victory at FIU … recorded two tackles with one TFL versus No. 23 Troy in the Cure Bowl … tallied two stops and a PBU in the 34-31 comeback win over UTEP.

Transfer from Monroe College in New Rochelle, N.Y., where the Mustangs did not have a 2020-21 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic … starred as a freshman in 2019 at Dodge City (Kan.} Community College … registered 20 tackles, including 10 tackles for loss …posted three stops behind the line of scrimmage against both Iowa Western and Coffeyville and a pair of tackles for loss versus Ellsworth … 3-star prospect by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals, as well as the third-best edge defender and No. 19 overall JUCO prospect by 247Sports … first-team all-state selection, all-region pick and unanimous all-conference honoree as a senior at Hayfield Secondary School in Fairfax, Va., after leading the state in sacks … recorded 48 tackles, including 16 tackles for loss and 14 sacks, in 2018 … also was a three-year letterman and all-district performer for the basketball team, averaging 13 points, nine rebounds and three assists per game as a senior after posting seven points and seven boards per contest as a junior.
