Prior to UTSA
All-state wide receiver for head coach Hank Carter at Lake Travis High School, where he also played for current UTSA assistant coach Will Stein, who was the Cavaliers’ assistant head coach and offensive coordinator for his final two seasons … 2019 District 25-6A Offensive MVP and All-Centex selection after catching 93 passes for 1,503 yards and 15 touchdowns as a senior, helping lead the Cavaliers to the state semifinal round of the playoffs … had 65 receptions for 1,028 yards and 14 TDs en route to all-state and all-district accolades as a junior … helped Lake Travis advance to the state semifinals … had an interception return for a touchdown in the 2017 state championship game versus Allen as a sophomore … also played baseball for three years.
