Prior to UTSA
Two-year starter at wide receiver for head coach Mark Torres at Pebble Hills High School in El Paso … first-team all-district and second-team all-city selection as a senior … caught 58 passes for 912 yards and 14 touchdowns, all school records … averaged 15.7 yards per reception and 82.9 yards per game … topped 100 yards receiving in five games, including a season-high 137 and two touchdowns on just five receptions against Americas … had 126 yards and four TDs on six catches in a win over El Dorado … hauled in five passes for 82 yards and three scores in a victory against Eastlake … had 37 catches for 245 yards and four TDs as a junior en route to second-team all-district accolades … a two-time first-team all-district performer in basketball … made a pair of all-tournament teams each season … also a three-year letterman in track & field … 2019-20 Pebble Hills Senior Male Athlete of the Year.
