Junior (2015)
Team captain played in the first 11 games (nine starts) before missing the season finale against Middle Tennessee (Nov. 28) … became the program’s first-ever 1,000-yard rusher with school records of 1,042 yards on 173 carries (6.0 avg.) … racked up four 100-yard games, averaged 94.7 yards per outing and also tied the school single-season record with eight rushing touchdowns … had a program-record 186 yards on just 19 attempts at Charlotte (Nov. 14), an outing that featured a 68-yarder and 24-yard touchdown … that performance broke his previous best of 170 yards on only 13 carries against Colorado State (Sept. 26), a contest that included a UTSA-record 85-yard touchdown … went on to add another 133 yards on a program-record 28 totes the following week at UTEP (Oct. 3) … racked up another 163 yards, including a 78-yard TD, on 22 carries against Rice (Nov. 21) … added 60 yards on nine receptions.

Played in the first eight contests of the fall before missing the final four due to injury … rushed 66 times for 325 yards (4.9 avg.) and three touchdowns … added 14 receptions for 124 yards (8.9 avg.) and returned 15 kickoffs for an average of 21.1 yards … posted season highs of 95 rushing yards (on nine carries) and 62 receiving yards (on two receptions) against New Mexico (Oct. 4) … ran for 73 yards on 10 attempts, including a career-long 39-yarder, at Louisiana Tech (Oct. 18) … opened the year with 54 yards on 12 totes, including an 11-yard score, at Houston (Aug. 29) … also reached paydirt in back-to-back weeks against New Mexico and FIU (Oct. 11) … returned a career-best five kicks for 95 yards at Oklahoma State (Sept. 13).

Began career at defensive back but moved to running back for his senior season … earned second-team all-area (San Antonio Express-News) and first-team All-District 25-5A honors as a senior … ran the ball 187 times for 1,517 yards (8.1 avg.) and 21 touchdowns … also caught 15 passes for 243 yards (16.2 avg.) and a pair of scores that season … a second-team all-area and first-team all-district choice as a junior after recording 89 tackles and an interception … a second-team all-district pick as a sophomore … also a first-team all-district point guard for the basketball team.
