Played in all 11 contests and made a pair of starts … ranked second on the squad with 608 rushing yards on 135 attempts (4.5 avg.) and scored two touchdowns … caught 10 passes for 95 yards and a TD … rushed for a career-high 153 yards on just 11 carries (13.9 avg.) and had a career-best 73-yard dash in the 20-7 win against Rice (Oct. 21) … tallied 72 yards and a score on 13 rushes in the 44-14 triumph at Texas State (Sept. 23) … also topped 50 yards on the ground against Southern Miss (59), North Texas (54), UTEP (71) and Louisiana Tech (50) … also had a 41-yard TD reception vs. the Mean Green … totaled 49 rushing yards at FIU (Nov. 4).
Junior (2016)
Appeared in 12 games, primarily on special teams … did not play at Colorado State (Sept. 10) … rushed 13 times for 41 yards and caught a 9-yard pass … also had two special teams tackles at Middle Tennessee (Nov. 5) … had a season-high 25 rushing yards on seven carries against the Blue Raiders.
Sophomore (2015)
Played in 11 contests, including starting the season finale against Middle Tennessee (Nov. 28) … did not play at UTEP (Oct. 3) due to injury … rushed for 196 yards (4.6 avg.) and three touchdowns on 42 carries and caught two passes for 10 yards … also completed a 31-yard pass against Old Dominion (Nov. 7) … had a career day against Middle Tennessee, rushing 14 times for 71 yards, including a career-best 31-yarder … reached paydirt two times against Old Dominion and once at North Texas (Oct. 31).
Freshman (2014)
Appeared in two games off the bench … saw action in the season opener at Houston (Aug. 29) and at Western Kentucky (Nov. 22) … carried the ball three times for five yards against the Hilltoppers … redshirted in 2013.

Played quarterback for Corpus Christi Miller High School … earned 2012 District 31-4A Outstanding Offensive Back accolades as a senior … named the 2011 District 31-3A Offensive Player of the Year despite playing just five games as a junior … racked up a combined 1,431 yards (857 pass/574 rush) and 17 TDs (10 rush/7 pass) in 2010 … coached by Remy Rodriguez … earned academic all-district honors.
