Freshman (2022): Held a 2-2 record with a 5.77 ERA across 10 appearances, making eight starts, in his first collegiate season … established himself as the Sunday starter, starting eight straight Sunday contests before an injury ended his season … UTSA was 5-3 in games he started … over 34.1 innings pitched, allowed 28 runs on 39 hits while walking 13 and punching out 23 … had his best game to date against Seattle (2/27), throwing six scoreless innings and allowing just two hits with six Ks … pitched one other six inning stint at Old Dominion, leading the Roadrunners to a pivotal series-clinching win.

High School: Attended Westlake High School where he was coached by JT Blair. Was the 26-6A district MVP in his senior season as week as the team MVP ... was selected to the 2021 All-State All-Star team ... set a school record for RBIs in a season with 49 ... was a three year varsity letterman. Also played football in high school where he was a two year letterman in his sophomore and senior years ... started a combined 14 games and helped lead Westlake to a 6A-D1 state championship as a defensive end ... named a 2020 Under Armor All-American … played club for the Austin Wings and coach James Ellison
