Competed in all 57 games, including 56 starts … batted .323 (74 of 229) with 20 doubles, one triples, 11 home runs and 43 RBIs … scored 55 runs and swiped seven bases … drew 24 walks and reached base at a .395 clip … led team with 129 total bases, which translated to a .563 slugging percentage … hit .314 (37 of 118) in conference games … slugged .517 against league opponents … compiled 20 multiple-hit and 11 multi-RBI games … was the only Roadrunner to notch a 5-hit game following a 5-for-6 performance with two doubles, a pair of home runs and seven RBIs in a 15-9 win at No. 21 Baylor (March 28) … a career day elevated him to Conference USA Hitter of the Week honors (April 3) … tallied a pair of 4-hit contests … was 4 for 6 with a double, a homer and three RBIs in an 18-6 win over Houston Baptist (March 21) … also was 4 for 5 with a pair of doubles, a round-tripper and two RBIs against Southern Miss (May 19) … tied together a career-best 12-game hitting streak (March 7-28) … hit .458 (22 of 48) with 5 doubles, a triple, four home runs and 16 RBIs … Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
Freshman (2016)
Conference USA All-Freshman Team … became the fourth player in program history to hit for the cycle against Incarnate Word (May 11) and was the first since Lance Brown in 2009 … one home run against Incarnate Word … was the Roadrunners’ top hitter with a .321 batting average and appeared in all 51 games at 2B and SS … led the team with 61 hits, tied for fourth with 27  runs scored and was sixth with 20 RBIs … was 7-for-10 in stolen bases … matched the single-season record in triples by a freshman with four, which also led Conference USA … tied for a team second-best 16 multiple hit games with three multi-RBI games … held the third longest hit streak on the team with nine consecutive games (April 3-17) … went 4-for-5 against Western Kentucky University (April 23) with two RBIs, a run and double … had another four-hit game against Incarnate Word when he hit for the cycle … Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
High School
Played four years at John Marshall High School under the direction of Dennis Schlueter and was a starter three of those year … three-time all-district selection and was named most valuable player once … batted .437 his senior campaign … named to the Texas Sports Writers Association’s Class 6A All-State Baseball Third Team … selected to the 2015 Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American Texas All-Region First Team and the 2014 PG Underclass Honorable Mention Team … member of the Honor Society.
