Fall slate begins Friday against Temple JC

SAN ANTONIO – This weekend, UTSA Baseball returns to the diamond for the first of four weekends at Roadrunner Field. The Navy & Orange are set to host Temple JC in a fall exhibition at 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9. The contest will open a slate that is set to see four opponents visit the Bird Bath in addition to UTSA’s three-game fall world series.

Returner Christian Hallmark and newcomer Brock DeYoung each spent time at Navarro College before making their way to UTSA, doing so in 2025 and 2026, respectively. Shane Jessen also joins the Roadrunners following two years with Alvin CC, where he posted a 2.75 ERA and 42 strikeouts on the mound a season ago. The ‘Runners host the Dolphins on Friday, Oct. 30 as Alvin makes its second straight fall trip to the Alamo City.

Sunday, Oct. 25: UTSA Fall World Series Game 3 (1 p.m.)

Friday, Oct. 30: Alvin CC at UTSA (2 p.m.)

Tuesday, Nov. 3: McClennan CC at UTSA (3 p.m.)

Friday, Nov. 6: Navarro College at UTSA (2 p.m.)

Admission is free to all events at Roadrunner Field this fall, including the fall world series. No contests will be streamed. 2027 UTSA Baseball season ticket deposits are also now available.
