IRVING, Texas—The American Conference officially released the field for the 2026 American Softball Championship, with UTSA earning the seventh seed – their highest since being seeded third in the 2015 CUSA Championship Tournament.
The Roadrunners (23-32, 11-16 American) will take on No. 10 seed Memphis on Wednesday, with a tentative noon central start time at Joyner Family Stadium on the campus of East Carolina.
The winner between the ‘Runners and the Tigers will advance to face the No. 6 seed North Texas with a 6 p.m. start time on Wednesday. From there, the victor will move into the quarterfinals, where the No. 4 seed, Florida Atlantic, awaits on Thursday at 11 a.m. CT, ahead of the semifinals against No. 1 seed South Florida on Friday at 12 p.m. The Championship game will take place on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT.
