UTSA to host Tulsa in home finale

SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA women's basketball team will wrap up the 2026 home slate on Wednesday, as they host Tulsa in American Conference action at the Convocation Center.

The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with Jordy Fee-Platt (play-by-play), Carlie Heineman (analyst) and Sean Cartell (reporter) on the call. The Roadrunners (13-14, 8-8 American) will face the Golden Hurricane (18-10, 10-6) after claiming a 66-47 victory in a matchup earlier this season. Senior Cheyenne Rowe led the way with 17 points and nine rebounds. Junior Idara Udo added 18 points, and sophomore Damara Allen scored nine with seven rebounds.

Most recently, UTSA took down Memphis, 67-55, as the squad recorded 20 more rebounds than the Tigers, 14 more points in the paint, and nine second-chance points, while holding Memphis scoreless on second-chance points. Udo led the way in scoring, with 18 points, and snagged eight rebounds. Rowe scored 16 to go with nine boards, and classmate Ereauna Hardaway scored 11 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Meanwhile, freshman Adriana Robles logged career highs in rebounds with six and in assists with five.

The Golden Hurricane will look to bounce back after falling to Rice, 105-65, last time out. Tulsa boasts the most efficient shooter in the conference in Hannah Riddick, who hits shots at a 50.2% clip. Mady Cartwright has sunk 132 free throws for the 29th-most nationally, and her 15.6 points per game rank second in the American. Riddick joins Cartwright near the top of the league leaderboard with 14.9 points per game, slotting her fifth.

Jade Clack joins the pair in averaging double-digit scoring at 10.0 points per game, and she’s tied with Dora Toman for the most steals on the team with 41. Riddick commands the glass with 6.9 rebounds per game, and Clack is the blocking leader, swiping 23 shots across the campaign.
