SAN ANTONIO – The annual UTSA Athletics Teddy Bear Toss benefiting Adoption Priorities and the South Texas Alliance for Orphans returns for its third year.
Fans are encouraged to bring a Teddy Bear to throw on the court at halftime of select UTSA Basketball games. They will then be donated to underprivileged and foster children in the greater San Antonio community.
The Teddy Bear Toss will take place at the following games:
- Saturday, December 13 – Women’s Basketball vs. Prairie View A&M – 1 p.m.
- Monday, December 22 – Men’s Basketball vs. Seattle – 2 p.m.
Upon arrival, fans should stop at the marketing table in the front lobby of the Convocation Center to label their bears. The fan who throws their teddy bear the furthest will receive a prize.
