SAN ANTONIO – Roadrunners fall to North Texas 3-0 (25-18, 25-16, 25-17) on Sunday, Nov. 2 at the Convocation Center in San Antonio, Texas. The Roadrunners fall to 11-12 on the year and 4-8 in American Conference play.
Set One
Both teams traded blows to kick off the first set until North Texas went on a four-point scoring run to go up 12-8 over the Roadrunners. A three-point scoring run led the Mean Green to a 15-9 lead. The Mean Green won the race to 20, leading the Roadrunners 20-15. UNT closed out the set winning 25-18.
Set Two
The Roadrunners kicked off the second set with a three-point scoring run. North Texas managed to tie it up at 4-4. The Roadrunners then ripped off a four-point surge to go up 8-4. UNT tied the match up 8-8 on a four-point surge of their own. North Texas ripped off an 8-1 scoring run to go up 17-12 over the Roadrunners. North Texas won the race to 20, being up 20-13 over the Roadrunners. The Mean Green took the second set, winning 25-16.
Set Three
North Texas rode two three-point scoring runs to go up 6-2 over the Roadrunners to kick off the third set. North Texas went up 11-4 on the back of a three-point surge. UTSA mounted a three-point scoring run to cut the North Texas led to 13-9. North Texas scored five straight points to go up 21-13. North Texas closed out the win as they won the third set 25-17.

- Giada Obregon recorded 10 digs for her 15th double-digit dig match of her career.
