SAN ANTONIO – UTSA men’s basketball second-year head coach Austin Claunch announced on Monday that the Roadrunners have signed one high school player in the 2025 early signing period, inking Seven Lakes High School’s Nasir “Naz” Price to join the 2026-27 Roadrunners roster.
“Nasir is one of the most talented guards in the 2026 class here in Texas,” Claunch said. “He brings the ability to play on the ball as a primary decision maker or off the ball as a secondary scorer or playmaker. He’s a great teammate who has already played in and won a lot of big games in his career. He will be a leader on one of the best teams in the state, with their eyes set on the championship in the Alamodome - and then we look forward to Nasir helping us pursue our goals of hanging banners here with UTSA basketball.”
