IRVING, Texas — Officials from the American Conference and ESPN announced on Saturday that UTSA’s road league contest at North Texas on Saturday, Oct. 18, will kick off at 2:30 p.m. in Denton and air on ESPN+.
The Roadrunners and Mean Green will meet for the 14th time to make it the most-played series in program history. UTSA has won the last four meetings and holds an 8-5 advantage all-time against UNT. The last time these two teams met in Denton resulted in a 37-29 victory for the Roadrunners on Nov. 4, 2023. UTSA pulled away for a 48-27 home triumph on Nov. 15, 2024, in the last meeting with the Mean Green.
UTSA will host Rice tonight for Homecoming with kickoff set for 6:30 p.m. at the Alamodome in an ESPNU broadcast. Fans can purchase tickets online.
