SAN ANTONIO – UTSA Athletics will play host to the San Antonio Challenge, an exhibition event for men’s and women’s basketball, on Saturday, October 25 to directly benefit the Roadrunners’ student-athletes as part of NCAA revenue sharing.
The San Antonio Challenge is sponsored by Harvey Najim and will support reading and literacy initiatives, educational development, Harlandale ISD and the UTSA men’s and women’s basketball program.
The UTSA women’s team will host Texas A&M-San Antonio at 1 p.m. followed by the Roadrunners men vs. UIW at 3:30 p.m. at the Convocation Center, which is celebrating its 50th year in 2025.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $13 for kids and military members. All seating is general admission and tickets may be purchased online here.
Fans who attend the event will not only be treated to great basketball but will directly impact both UTSA student-athletes and youth in the San Antonio community.
