UTSA Athletics Partners with Goodwill San Antonio for 2-1-0 Challenge

by Sean Cartell

SAN ANTONIO – Goodwill San Antonio will partner with UTSA Athletics in support of the 2-1-0 Challenge to unite the San Antonio community and fill the stands at the Alamodome for the 2025 season.

Goodwill’s Business Services team, which provides outsourced business solutions in the community and facilitates access to meaningful work for individuals with barriers to employment, will dedicate call-center representatives to initiate outbound ticket sales while providing friendly and reliable customer service that supports UTSA Athletics Ticket Sales.

“We’re proud to partner with UTSA Athletics in supporting its 2-1-0 Challenge,” said Carlos Contreras, President & CEO, Goodwill San Antonio. “This collaboration will leverage one of Goodwill’s many Business Service solutions while advancing our shared commitment to community impact and workforce development.”

Who Runs the 210? The 2-1-0 Challenge calls for UTSA Athletics to unite the community and sell an additional 1,500 club-level season tickets to UTSA Football during the month of August for just $210.

“UTSA Athletics believes in the power of partnerships that create meaningful change in our community,” said Lisa Campos, UTSA Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics. “Collaborating with Goodwill San Antonio on ticket sales and the 2-1-0 Challenge reflects our commitment to the City of San Antonio and Bexar County. Together with Goodwill San Antonio, we’re not just selling tickets, we’re making a difference for our neighbors and community members.”

UTSA Athletics sold 10,035 season football tickets during the 2024 season, which marked the most for the Roadrunners since the 2015 campaign.
