SAN ANTONIO — UTSA head men’s golf coach Matt Wernecke announced on Thursday that the program has added Francisco Solorza Gutierrez to the 2025 signing class.
“We are thrilled to add Francisco to the roster in the fall,” Wernecke said. “Not only is he a talented and proven player, but UTSA is the place he really wanted to be. We are fortunate to bring Francisco to San Antonio and we look forward to what he’ll bring to the program.”
Solorza Gutierrez joins Sam Acharya, the No. 1-ranked amateur in Nepal, and Joshua Hong, Mexico’s top-ranked junior, in the 2025 signing class.
