SAN ANTONIO – UTSA Athletics on Wednesday launched a naming contest for its student section at all home athletic events to create a stronger sense of ownership and pride among the UTSA student body.
Beginning today (Wednesday, April 9) through 10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, all UTSA students can participate in a vote on RowdyLink to select the name of the new student section from a list of five potential names.

The name of the new student section will be revealed on Wednesday, April 16 and will be implemented for the start of the 2025-26 school year.
The student section naming contest vote will take place in conjunction with the Spring 2025 UTSA Student Government Association General Election.
