UTSA men’s tennis vs. GSU canceled due to weather

SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA men’s tennis team got things started this morning against the Georgia State Panthers, but after the doubles match, Mother Nature had other plans.

UTSA took a 1-0 lead on court three doubles wins for Miguel Alonso and Alan Magadan (6-1) and court one for Tomás Pinho and Tiago Torres (6-2). However, with UTSA leading on four singles courts, lightning strikes within the safety radius put the match on hold. Rains followed and not even a venue chance could stop the eventual cancellation
