SAN ANTONIO – On Friday, junior Siena Guttadauro announced that she would be stepping away from basketball for the remainder of the 2024-25 season due to personal reasons.
Guttadauro is planning to return for the 2025-26 season.
The 5-6 guard out of San Jose, California, had appeared in five games this season, scoring 19 points with seven assists and five rebounds. Across her collegiate career, she’s seen action in 58 games with three starts, charting 163 points, with 132 coming from beyond the arc. She has hauled in 69 rebounds and dished out 44 assists and 12 steals while recording a career-high 13 points on March 2, when she nailed three triples against Wichita State.
