SAN ANTONIO – Rowdy Jam, marking the tip-off to the 2024-25 UTSA men’s and women’s basketball seasons, is set for Wednesday, October 16 at the Convocation Center. Start time is 7 p.m. and admission will be free for all fans.
The fun and energetic event will feature free pizza for UTSA students, an introduction to the players and coaches on the Roadrunners’ men’s and women’s basketball teams, and interactive games including players and UTSA students in attendance.
The upcoming UTSA basketball seasons are among the most highly anticipated in program history. The men’s squad will be under the direction of first-year head coach Austin Claunch and will feature a new-look roster. The women’s squad won 18 games last season, including the first postseason win in program history. Standout Jordyn Jenkins leads a roster of decorated returnees for Karen Aston’s team.
