HOUSTON – As announced this afternoon by Rice Athletics, due to water damage at Tudor Fieldhouse, UTSA’s American Athletic Conference men’s basketball contest against Rice will be played Saturday, January 6, at the Jerabeck Activity & Athletic Center on the campus of the University of St. Thomas. Game time remains at 2 p.m. with the doors opening at 1 p.m.
Due to limited seating capacity, only those who already have tickets or are on the team pass lists will be admitted into the arena. Parking will be free in the Moran Center across from Jerabeck Activity & Athletic Center starting at 12:30 p.m.
Despite the venue change, the game will air live on the radio with Andy Everett on Sports Radio AM 760 The Ticket – available online at Ticket760.com or via the free iHeartRadio app. The game will also be streamed live as scheduled on ESPN+ and fans can keep up live on Rice Live Stats.
