IRVING, Texas — UTSA’s American Athletic Conference road game against Tulane on Friday, Nov. 24, has been selected for a national broadcast on ABC with a 2:30 p.m. kickoff in New Orleans, Louisiana, the league office announced Monday.
The Roadrunners and Green Wave currently are part of a three-way tie, along with SMU, for first place in the league standings at 5-0. UTSA improved to 6-3 overall and became bowl eligible for the fourth straight year following a 37-29 road triumph over North Texas. Tulane ran its record to 8-1 with a 13-10 win at East Carolina last Saturday.
Winners of five straight games, the Roadrunners will host Rice (4-5, 2-3) for Military Appreciation this Saturday, Nov. 11.
