SAN ANTONIO — A total of 15 former UTSA football student-athletes are scheduled to participate in the program's annual Pro Day this Wednesday, March 23.
NFL and other professional football franchise personnel will be on campus to evaluate the Roadrunners' pro prospects, who will go through height and weight measurements, testing, position drills and individual workouts.
Three of UTSA's Pro Day participants were invited to the NFL Scouting Combine earlier this month in Indianapolis. Offensive lineman Spencer Burford, running back Sincere McCormick and cornerback Tariq Woolen performed in front of NFL front office personnel, scouts and fans at Lucas Oil Stadium.
That trio will be joined at Pro Day by fullback Myles Benning, running back B.J. Daniels, defensive linemen Lorenzo Dantzler and Jaylon Haynes, place-kicker Hunter Duplessis, inside linebacker Denzel Feaster, offensive linemen Jalyn Galmore and Brandon Rolfe, tight end Leroy Watson and outside linebackers DeQuarius Henry, Clarence Hicks and Charles Wiley.
