SAN ANTONIO – UTSA women's tennis head coach Ki Kroll announced the 2022 schedule on Thursday.
This season's schedule showcases 21 matches, including seven home contests.
The Roadrunners open the season on Jan. 16 at SMU before coming home to host Abilene Christian on Saturday (Jan. 22).
UTSA then travels to Corpus Christi to take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Jan. 28 before welcoming Sam Houston to the Alamo City on Jan. 30.
The Roadrunners will then hit the road for a six-match road slate Feb. 4-19 to face TCU, UT Arlington, North Texas, Middle Tennessee, Northwestern State and Southern Miss, respectively.
On Feb. 22, UTSA will host the Islanders before heading back on the road to Houston Feb. 25-26 to face Rice and Houston.
UTSA will begin March at home with a three-game slate March 4-13 to host Louisiana Tech, Gonzaga and Liberty. The team will then head to Las Vegas, Nev. for matchups against Marshall and UNLV March 18-19.
The Roadrunners will finish the season with a four-game home contest April 3-10. The team will compete in a doubleheader against Prairie View A&M, then face New Mexico State and Lamar.
The Conference USA Championship is set for April 21-24 in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
