2021 Ryan Conference USA Championship Game fan information

SAN ANTONIO — UTSA has released the following information for fans planning to attend the 2021 Ryan Conference USA Championship Game on Friday, Dec. 3, pitting the C-USA West Division champion Roadrunners against Western Kentucky from the East Division. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. at the Alamodome. 
 
LIGHT THE CITY ORANGE 
The City of San Antonio and Centro San Antonio are encouraging businesses to Light the City Orange starting this Wednesday, Dec. 1, to celebrate the Roadrunners as they prepare for the C-USA Championship Game on Friday night at the Alamodome. 
 
ROWDY RALLY 
The entire community is invited to join Traylor and the UTSA football team for a pep rally on the eve of the C-USA Championship Game. The Rowdy Rally will feature performances by the Spirit of San Antonio Marching Band and the award-winning UTSA Cheerleaders. Parking will be free in all Main Campus parking lots from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. to accommodate guests. 
 
HEALTH & SAFETY 
The City of San Antonio and the Alamodome encourage anyone experiencing COVID -19 symptoms to refrain from attending. Temperature checks for fan entry have been discontinued. For those attending, safety measures are encouraged while tailgating. Face masks are recommended inside any city facilities. 
 
CLEAR BAG POLICY 
The Alamodome Clear Bag Policy is in effect all season. 
 
ALAMODOME ENTRY AND CONCESSIONS IMPROVEMENTS 
The Alamodome has returned to 100% capacity. Another large crowd is expected on Friday and with fewer game day staff currently available, we ask for your patience with potential long lines entering the Alamodome and at concession stands.  
 
• Please enter the stadium early if possible to avoid long lines. Doors will open to the public at 4:30 p.m. 
• Speed lanes will be available at security checkpoints for those with no bags. Please have your keys, phone and wallet out before getting to the scanners. 
• Please have your tickets out or loaded on your phone with the screen brightness turned all the way up before reaching the doors. 
• Only bottled beverages (no fountain or draft) will be available for purchase to help increase the speed of service. Additional beverage-only stands will be open. 
• Mobile food ordering is available from your seats with pick-up available at express windows. 
 
STUDENT SEATING 
Student seating is general admission within sections 122-131. To accommodate increased student attendance, sections 220-226 on the Club Level will be open for student general admission seating. The Spirit of San Antonio band will occupy sections 127-128. 
 
TICKETS 
Tickets are on sale by calling or texting 210-458-UTSA (8872) or visiting ticketmaster.com. UTSA has transitioned to digital tickets through the Account Manager
 
All students currently enrolled at UTSA are eligible for free admission to this game. UTSA students may purchase up to four guest tickets for student section seating. Guest tickets are sold for $10 each. 
 
For walk-up sales, the Alamodome Southwest Box Office will open at 10 a.m. Friday and all other Alamodome box offices will open at 3:30 p.m. Customer service windows are located at the Northeast and Southeast box offices. 
 
PARKING 
Parking in Alamodome Lots A, B and C is limited to fans who already have purchased permits. A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alamodome Lots A, B and C will open at 11 a.m. for those who have valid parking passes. Please do NOT enter the lots prior or staff will ask you to vacate your spot(s) and re-enter once the lots are open. 

Paid parking is available in the Parking Lot D next to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center at the corner of Montana Street and Tower of Americas Way. UTSA students, faculty and staff may park in any unmarked spaces with a valid UTSA parking permit at the Downtown Campus under I-35. 
 
TAILGATING 
Tailgating is back in the Alamodome parking lots this season. Alamodome parking lots will open at 11 a.m. this Friday. For more information and City of San Antonio tailgating guidelines, please visit goutsa.com.  
 
RIDESHARE 
The drop-off and pick-up location for rideshare users is located in Parking Lot D next to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center at the corner of Montana Street and Tower of Americas Way.  
 
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 
VIA will provide game day service from UTSA Main Campus (UTSA Oval on Devine Ave) and at Crossroads Park & Ride (151 Crossroads Blvd) beginning at 3 p.m. Friday. Return service is available up to one hour after the conclusion of the game. Fares are $2.60 each way for the general public, $1.30 each way for UTSA students (must have valid student ID) or $2.75 for a Day Pass. UTSA students, faculty and staff with UPASS can ride for free. Those without UPASS can purchase regular fare through the VIA GoMobile+ App, on the bus or at the Crossroads ticket window. UTSA STUDENT TRANSPORTATION 
UTSA students can ride VIA's 93 Route for free from the Main Campus Bus Loop to the Alamodome using their U-Pass. Students will need to visit the VIA U-Pass website for more information on how to access this service. Students and their guests may park at the UTSA Main Campus and catch a UTSA shuttle to the game at the North Paseo Bus Oval, just outside of the North Paseo Building. Shuttles will begin service to the Alamodome at 3 p.m. The last shuttle to the game will depart campus at 5:30 p.m. Students will be dropped off and picked up at the Robert Thompson Transit Station at the Alamodome. Buses will begin return service back to UTSA at the start of the fourth quarter and the last shuttle bus from the Alamodome will depart one hour after the end of the game.  
  
GAME DAY EXPERIENCE 

• Located in the H-E-B Plaza and VIA Bridge on the north side of the Alamodome, Rowdy Town opens at 3 p.m. and is completely free for all UTSA fans to take part in pregame festivities including Raising Cane's interactive games and a Resort Vacations display. 

 
• Spirit Walk is back this season and will take place at 3:45 p.m. Join UTSA head football coach Jeff Traylor and the entire team as they enter the Alamodome. The UTSA band and cheerleaders line the walkway between parking lots B and C as Rowdy leads the team down Roadrunner Alley and into the stadium. 
 
• Fans can buy the latest UTSA apparel and accessories from Rowdy Campus Store, which will be set up inside the Alamodome on the Plaza and Club Level concourses.  
 
• The UTSA Student Indoor Tailgate is the new gathering spot for students inside the Alamodome on game day. Free food and beverage will be available (while supplies last) and some students will win door prizes. The UTSA Student Indoor Tailgate is open from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the Hall of Fame Club located at the north end of the Club Level adjacent to sections 101/144. 
 
BROADCAST INFORMATION 
Saturday's game will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network and it will air live on Ticket 760 AM in the San Antonio area, on SiriusXM channel 85 and SiriusXM app channel 85. The pregame show will begin at 4 p.m. and there will be a 45-minute postgame show. The radio broadcast also can be heard online at Ticket760.com and via the iHeartRadio and The Varsity Network apps.
