DALLAS — Conference USA on Tuesday announced its broadcast schedule for the 2021 season and UTSA now has 11 of its 12 regular season games selected for either traditional linear television or digital streaming.
Following last week's announcement that the Roadrunners' season opener at Illinois was picked up for a national TV broadcast on the Big Ten Network at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, C-USA's broadcast partners have picked up 10 additional UTSA contests.
UTSA's home opener against Lamar on Sept. 11 has been selected for a 5 p.m. kickoff on ESPN3 and the conference lid-lifter against Middle Tennessee the following Saturday at the Alamodome will be at 5 p.m. on ESPN+.
The remaining four home games will air on the ESPN family of networks either on traditional linear TV or digital streaming. UTSA's other home contest are against UNLV at 5 p.m. on Oct. 2, Rice at 5 p.m. on Oct. 16, Southern Miss at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 and UAB at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 20.
Two of UTSA's road contests have been picked up by Stadium, which airs on regional sports networks across the country. The Roadrunners will face WKU at 6 p.m. on Oct. 9 in Bowling Green. Ky., and Louisiana Tech at 6 p.m. on Oct. 23 in Ruston in games televised by Stadium.
Following an idle week, UTSA will visit El Paso on Nov. 6 to face UTEP at 3 p.m., while the regular season finale at North Texas on Nov. 27 will kick off at 1 p.m. Both of those contests will air on the ESPN family of networks.
The 2021 C-USA Championship Game on Dec. 4 will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network.
The Roadrunners, who have seen their last 97 games broadcast, also have a road date with Memphis on Sept. 25 and that game's TV selection and kickoff time are expected to be announced at a later date.
UTSA is coming off a 7-5 campaign that ended with the program's second bowl appearance, a narrow 31-24 setback to No. 16 Louisiana in the 2020 SERVPRO First Responder Bowl on Dec. 26 in Dallas. Head coach Jeff Traylor guided the Roadrunners to the second-most wins in school history, the most victories by a first-year head coach and to a second-place finish in C-USA's West Division with a 5-2 mark.
Season tickets for UTSA's 2021 home schedule are on sale now. The Roadrunners will host six games this fall at the Alamodome for what will be the 10th anniversary of the first season of UTSA Football.
Season ticket prices start at $75 per seat and there are two season ticket pricing plans for less than $100. Additionally, there are "all-inclusive" options that provide access to the new Touchdown Club located in the north end zone.
To purchase your season tickets, please call or text 210-458-UTSA (8872) or click here. Payment plans for all season ticket packages are available.
