SAN ANTONIO — The No. 33-ranked UTSA men's golf team will continue its busy week when it competes in the Aggie Invitational, which will be contested Friday-Sunday, April 9-11, at Traditions Club in Bryan.
Fresh off a fifth-place finish at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic on Tuesday in Houston, the Roadrunners will face No. 36 Baylor, No. 46 Houston, Kansas, Lamar, No. 30 Louisville, Nebraska, New Mexico State, Northern Illinois, North Texas, No. 1 Oklahoma, Prairie View A&M, Rice, No. 5 Texas, No. 12 Texas A&M, No. 25 Texas Tech and UNLV.
The field will play 18 holes each day with tee times starting at 8:15 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The Roadrunners claimed fifth place with a 10-under-par 854 at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic earlier this week. Hunter Bott and Christian Fanfelle tied for 16th at 2-under 214 to lead the way, while Collin Clark was 22nd with a 1-under 215.
UTSA last played in the Aggie Invitational in 2017, when it placed 12th.
